Cambridge Examination Preparation

Course Description

The full-time adult Scholarship is a General English course and covers the areas of listening, speaking, reading, writing and grammar. The course includes Cambridge examination preparation at levels B2 C2.

Students can study for 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks in January, February, November or December. Only one scholarship is available per student.

Students have use of a coursebook in class and are given homework as part of the course.

Students can attend a weekly language clinic, free of charge, where they will get one-to-one advice on any aspect of English they wish to review.

Students can attend English 2000 social activities and excursions, to help build confidence in practising English outside the classroom environment. Some activities are free, and all excursions will incur a charge and this is payable at reception. Certain activities and some excursions are for students aged 18+ only.

The minimum age is 16
Minimum A1 CEF Elementary level up to C2 CEF Proficiency level
